First step of velvet assembly program.

Inputs

dnaSequenceFileDNA sequence file.

Parameters

programThe command line program to execute.
checkOutputTimestampIf true, verify the last modification timestamp for each output file has increased after execution. If the timestamp has not increased, throw an error.
additionalOptions"21 -fastq": kmer size = 21 and the input file has FASTQ format.
ChoiceThe execution choice to run.
